- 4 large potatoes, peeled
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Vegetable oil, for frying

Grate the potatoes using a box grater and squeeze out excess moisture using a clean kitchen towel.
