How To Make Hot Italian Sausage Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 hot Italian sausages
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 can of diced tomatoes
- 1 tsp of Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for cooking
Instructions

Preheat a large skillet or grill pan over medium heat.

Add the sausages and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until browned and cooked through.

Remove the sausages from the pan and set aside.

In the same pan, add a drizzle of olive oil and sauté the sliced onion, bell peppers, and minced garlic until they are softened and slightly caramelized.

Add the can of diced tomatoes and Italian seasoning to the pan and stir well.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Place the cooked sausages back into the pan with the vegetables and tomato mixture.

Cover the pan and let it simmer for about 10 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.

Serve the hot Italian sausages with the vegetable mixture on top.
