How To Make Sbarro’s Sausage and Peppers Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 pound Italian sausage links
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (15-ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add sausage and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes per side.

Remove sausage from pan and set aside.

Add sliced onions and bell peppers to the skillet and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
