Ingredients

  • 1 block of firm tofu
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Drain and slice tofu into bite-sized pieces.

  2. In a bowl, mix cornstarch, salt, and black pepper. Coat tofu pieces in the mixture.

  3. In a pan, heat up vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add tofu and fry until golden brown and crispy.

  4. Transfer tofu to a plate and drizzle sweet chili sauce on top. Garnish with sliced green onions.
