Ingredients
- 1 block of firm tofu
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
Instructions

Drain and slice tofu into bite-sized pieces.

In a bowl, mix cornstarch, salt, and black pepper. Coat tofu pieces in the mixture.

In a pan, heat up vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add tofu and fry until golden brown and crispy.

Transfer tofu to a plate and drizzle sweet chili sauce on top. Garnish with sliced green onions.
