How To Make Chinese Tofu and Green Bean Stir-Fry
A healthy and flavorful dish loaded with protein and veggies.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1 block of tofu, cut into small pieces
- 1 lb of green beans, trimmed
- 2 tbsp of vegetable oil
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 inch of ginger, minced
- 2 tbsp of soy sauce
- 1 tbsp of rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp of hoisin sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Heat vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat.

Add minced garlic and ginger to the pan and stir-fry for 30 seconds.

Add green beans to the pan and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they are tender but still slightly crisp.

Add tofu to the pan and stir to combine with the green beans.

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, and hoisin sauce.

Pour the sauce into the pan and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until everything is coated and heated through.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve hot with rice.
