- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 8 English sausages
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- 1 tbsp of fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Roll out the sheet of puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.

Cut the pastry into 4 equal rectangles.

Place 2 sausages on each pastry rectangle and roll the pastry around the sausages, sealing the edges with a bit of water.

Brush the tops of the rolls with the beaten egg.
