How To Make Green Salmon with Pineapple & Tamarind Salad

- 4 green salmon fillets
- 1 pineapple, peeled and diced
- 1 cup tamarind paste
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

In a small bowl, whisk together the tamarind paste, honey, soy sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Brush the salmon fillets with the tamarind mixture and let them marinate for 10 minutes.

Grill the salmon fillets for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.

Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine the diced pineapple and chopped cilantro.

Drizzle the remaining tamarind mixture over the pineapple and toss to coat.
