How To Make Lemongrass and Soy Marinated Salmon

Flavorful and healthy salmon marinated with lemongrass and soy sauce.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 lemongrass stalks, finely chopped
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together lemongrass, soy sauce, honey, olive oil, salt and pepper.

  2. Place salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over the salmon. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

  3. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the salmon fillets on the sheet.

  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.

  6. Serve hot with a side of your choice.
