How To Make Lemongrass and Soy Marinated Salmon
Flavorful and healthy salmon marinated with lemongrass and soy sauce.

Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 lemongrass stalks, finely chopped
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

In a bowl, mix together lemongrass, soy sauce, honey, olive oil, salt and pepper.

Place salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over the salmon. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the salmon fillets on the sheet.

Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.

Serve hot with a side of your choice.
