How To Make Trefoils Lemon Bars Recipe
These sweet and tangy lemon bars are made with the classic Girl Scout Trefoils cookies as a crust.

Ingredients
- 1 package of Trefoils Girl Scout cookies
- 6 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 2 egg yolks
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Crush Trefoils cookies in a plastic bag.

Mix crushed cookies with melted butter in a bowl and press evenly into the bottom of an 8×8 inch baking pan.

In a separate bowl, mix condensed milk, lemon juice, and egg yolks until well combined.

Pour the mixture over the crust and bake for 25-30 minutes.

Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
