How To Make Garlic Double Steakburger Recipe

A juicy double steakburger with garlic and onion seasoning, topped with cheese and veggies on a toasted bun.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 8 slices of cheese
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Lettuce, tomato, and onion for topping

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

  2. Divide the meat mixture into 8 balls and form into patties.

  3. Heat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side or until cooked to your desired level.

  4. Add a slice of cheese on top of each patty and allow it to melt.

  5. Toast the buns in the oven or on a skillet.

  6. Assemble the burger with lettuce, tomato, and onion, and place the patty with melted cheese in between the buns.

  7. Serve the burgers hot and enjoy!
