- 2 ripe avocados
- 1/4 cup finely diced red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and finely diced
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions

Cut the avocados in half lengthwise, remove the pits, and scoop out the flesh into a medium-sized bowl.

Add the red onion, cilantro, garlic, jalapeño, lime juice, and salt to the bowl with the avocado.

Use a fork to mash all of the ingredients together until well combined but still slightly chunky.

Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
