How To Make Kraft Lemon Bars Recipe
Sweet and tangy bars with a buttery crust and creamy lemon filling.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a medium bowl, combine 1 cup flour and 1/4 cup powdered sugar.

Cut in butter and mix until crumbly.

Press mixture into the bottom of a greased 8×8-inch baking dish.

Bake crust for 15-20 minutes or until lightly golden brown.

While crust is baking, whisk together eggs and granulated sugar in a medium bowl.

Stir in lemon juice, 2 tbsp flour, and baking powder until well mixed.

Pour mixture over baked crust and bake an additional 20-25 minutes or until set.

Allow to cool, then dust powdered sugar over the top.

Cut into bars and serve.
