How To Make Debra’s Vegetable Stir-Fry Recipe
A delicious and healthy stir-fry dish packed with fresh vegetables and flavorful sauces.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 small head of broccoli, chopped into florets
- 1 small zucchini, sliced
- 1 small yellow squash, sliced
- 1/2 cup of snow peas
- 1/4 cup of soy sauce
- 1 tbsp of honey
- 1 tbsp of sesame oil
- 1 tsp of corn starch
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp of vegetable oil
Instructions

In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, corn starch, and garlic.

Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large pan over high heat.

Add the bell peppers, broccoli, zucchini, and squash. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, until slightly tender.

Add the snow peas and sauce mixture. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes, until the sauce thickens and coats the vegetables.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve hot with rice or noodles.
