How To Make Debra’s Potato Salad Recipe
A classic potato salad with a creamy dressing, perfect for a summer BBQ.

Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped dill pickles
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tsp sugar
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

In a large pot, cover potatoes with salted water and bring to a boil. Cook until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and cool.

In a large bowl, combine potatoes, chopped eggs, celery, red onion, and pickles.

In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, mustard, sugar, salt, and pepper. Pour over potato mixture and stir until well combined.

Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
