How To Make Corner Bakery’s Blueberry Muffins Recipe
Delicious, fluffy blueberry muffins from Corner Bakery!

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt.

In another mixing bowl, whisk eggs and add milk, vegetable oil, sugar and vanilla extract.

Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture until batter is smooth.

Fold in blueberries.

Scoop batter into muffin tin cups coated with cooking spray.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
