  • 2 chicken breasts, cooked and sliced

  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette dressing
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mixed greens, avocado, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and salt and black pepper.

  2. Add the chicken, hard-boiled eggs, bacon, and blue cheese.

  3. Drizzle the balsamic vinaigrette dressing on top and toss to combine.

  4. Serve immediately.
