  • 2 cups of peanut butter ice cream
  • 1/2 cup of chocolate peanut butter cups, chopped
  • 1/4 cup of creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup of chocolate syrup
  • Whipped cream, for topping
  • Additional chopped peanut butter cups, for topping

Instructions

  1. Allow the ice cream to slightly soften at room temperature for a few minutes.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the ice cream and chopped peanut butter cups.

  3. Scoop the mixture into 4 bowls.

  4. Warm up the peanut butter in the microwave for about 10 seconds, then drizzle over each bowl of ice cream.

  5. Drizzle chocolate syrup over each bowl of ice cream.

  6. Top each bowl with whipped cream and additional chopped peanut butter cups.

  7. Serve immediately.
