How To Make Clint’s Beef Tacos

Crispy tacos filled with seasoned beef, topped with fresh veggies, and a dollop of sour cream.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 crispy taco shells
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned and no longer pink.

  2. Stir in chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

  3. Warm taco shells in the oven according to package instructions.

  4. To assemble tacos, spoon beef mixture into each taco shell. Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, onion, cilantro, and a dollop of sour cream.
