How To Make Clint’s BBQ Ribs Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 racks of pork ribs
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 275°F.

  2. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.

  3. Mix together ketchup, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, honey, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper in a bowl.

  4. Place the ribs on a baking sheet and brush them generously with the sauce.

  5. Cover the ribs with foil and bake in the oven for 2.5 hours.

  6. Remove the foil and brush the ribs with more sauce.

  7. Broil the ribs for 10-15 minutes until the sauce is caramelized and the ribs are cooked through.

  8. Let the ribs rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
