How To Make Clint’s Famous Chili Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a large pot or Dutch oven, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat until fully cooked.

Add in the chopped onion, green bell pepper, and garlic and cook until softened, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes.

Stir in chili powder, cumin, paprika, cayenne pepper, and salt and pepper.

Pour in the canned diced tomatoes, beef broth, kidney beans, and black beans.

Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low.

Simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
