How To Make Clint’s Pulled Pork Sandwich Recipe
A savory and smoky pulled pork sandwich recipe perfect for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients
- 2 lbs. Pork Shoulder
- 1 cup BBQ Sauce
- 1/2 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 tbsp Paprika
- 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tbsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 4 Brioche Buns
Instructions

Preheat oven to 325°F.

Combine apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl to make the rub.

Rub the pork butt with the mixture until coated.

Place the pork butt in a baking dish and bake for 3 hours.

Remove from oven and shred the pork with two forks.

In a small saucepan, mix BBQ sauce with pulled pork and cook over low heat until heated through, about 2-3 minutes.

Toast brioche buns under the broiler.

Serve pulled pork on toasted brioche buns and enjoy!
