Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. Pork Shoulder
  • 1 cup BBQ Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Paprika
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tbsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 4 Brioche Buns

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.

  2. Combine apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl to make the rub.

  3. Rub the pork butt with the mixture until coated.

  4. Place the pork butt in a baking dish and bake for 3 hours.

  5. Remove from oven and shred the pork with two forks.

  6. In a small saucepan, mix BBQ sauce with pulled pork and cook over low heat until heated through, about 2-3 minutes.

  7. Toast brioche buns under the broiler.

  8. Serve pulled pork on toasted brioche buns and enjoy!
