This is a spicy and flavorful dish that uses Cajun seasoning to give a crunchy coating to perfectly fried chicken.

Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs
- 4 chicken drumsticks
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp of Cajun seasoning
- 1 tsp of garlic powder
- 1 tsp of paprika
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1 tsp of black pepper
- 1 cup of buttermilk
- Vegetable oil (for frying)
Instructions

In a large bowl, mix together the flour, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

In another bowl, whisk the buttermilk and 1 tbsp of the spice mixture together.

Dip the chicken pieces in the buttermilk mixture, then coat them in the flour mixture.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Carefully place the chicken pieces in the skillet and fry until crispy and golden brown on both sides, about 6-8 minutes per side.

Use a meat thermometer to ensure the chicken has reached an internal temperature of 165°F.

Remove the chicken from the skillet and place it on paper towels to drain the excess oil.
