Delicious and spicy loaded Chicken Nachos with buffalo sauce.

Ingredients
- 1 pound of chicken breast, diced
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- ½ tsp of garlic powder
- ½ tsp of smoked paprika
- 1 cup of buffalo sauce, divided
- 1 bag of tortilla chips
- 2 cups of shredded cheese
- ½ cup of chopped onions
- ½ cup of chopped tomatoes
- ½ cup of sour cream

In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned.

Sprinkle garlic powder and smoked paprika on the chicken. Pour ½ cup of buffalo sauce into the pan and stir well. Cook for additional 2-3 minutes.

Spread tortilla chips in a single layer on a large baking sheet. Top with shredded cheese, cooked chicken, onions, and tomatoes.
