How To Make Coconut Milk Tofu Recipe
This creamy and delicious tofu dish is infused with the flavors of coconut milk and is perfect for vegans and non-vegans alike.

Ingredients
- 1 block firm tofu, cubed
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- 1 tbsp red curry paste
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cilantro, chopped for garnish
Instructions

Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions, garlic, and ginger until fragrant.

Add red curry paste and stir for 1 minute.

Add cubed tofu and stir to coat with the curry mixture.

Pour in the can of coconut milk and add soy sauce and brown sugar.
