How To Make Coconut Milk Chicken Recipe
Tender chicken coated in a rich and creamy coconut milk sauce that will tantalize your taste buds.

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts, sliced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 red pepper, sliced
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
Instructions

Season chicken with salt and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned on all sides. Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, add onions and garlic. Cook until onions are translucent.

Add red pepper, turmeric, paprika, and coconut milk. Stir until combined.

Add chicken back to the skillet and bring to a simmer. Cook for 15-20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and sauce has thickened.
