  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp fresh turmeric root, grated
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger root, grated
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, heat coconut milk, turmeric, ginger, and cinnamon stick over medium heat.

  2. Stir well and let it simmer for 5 minutes.

  3. Remove from heat, strain the mixture and stir in honey and vanilla extract.

  4. Serve hot, garnished with cinnamon.
