Ingredients

  • 2 cans of full-fat coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1 tsp of pure vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, heat coconut milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt over medium heat until sugar completely dissolves.

  2. Remove from heat and let it cool to room temperature.

  3. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and follow the manufacturer’s instructions.

  4. Transfer the ice cream to a container and freeze for at least 4-6 hours.
