How To Make Sesame Chicken for Slow Cooker

Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- Optional: chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions

Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.

In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, ketchup, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Pour the mixture over the chicken.

Cover the slow cooker and cook on low heat for 4 hours.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the cornstarch and water. Pour the mixture into the slow cooker and stir until the sauce thickens.

Sprinkle the sesame seeds over the chicken and cook for an additional 30 minutes.
