Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Pound the chicken thighs to an even thickness.

  3. In one bowl, place the flour. In another bowl, mix together the beaten eggs, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

  4. Dip each chicken thigh into the flour, then into the egg mixture, and finally into the breadcrumbs. Press the breadcrumbs onto the chicken to adhere.
