How To Make Air-Fried Breaded Chicken Thighs

  • 4 chicken thighs, bone-in and skin-on
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 eggs, beaten


  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

  2. In a shallow dish, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Dip each chicken thigh into the beaten eggs, then coat thoroughly with the breadcrumb mixture.

  4. Place the breaded chicken thighs in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not touching each other.

  5. Cook the chicken thighs in the air fryer for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.

  6. Serve the air-fried breaded chicken thighs hot and enjoy!
