How To Make Chicken in Balsamic, Orange & Rosemary Sauce

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
- Orange slices, for garnish
Instructions

Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken breasts and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 5 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add balsamic vinegar, orange juice, honey, and rosemary sprigs. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes, until the sauce has thickened slightly.

Return the chicken breasts to the skillet and spoon the sauce over them. Cook for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.

Serve the chicken with the sauce and garnish with orange slices.
