  • 8 slices of bread
  • 4 tbsp of butter, softened
  • 4 tbsp of granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp of ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat.

  2. Spread butter evenly on one side of each bread slice.

  3. In a small bowl, mix together the sugar and cinnamon.

  4. Sprinkle the sugar-cinnamon mixture evenly over the buttered side of each bread slice.

  5. Place the bread slices, buttered and coated side down, onto the preheated skillet or griddle.

  6. Cook for about 2-3 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.

  7. Carefully flip the bread slices and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes on the other side.

  8. Remove from heat and serve hot.
