
How To Make Scallion Pancakes
Scallion pancakes are great for a breakfast meal. You just need all-purpose flour, salt, water, dark sesame oil, and a lot of scallions.

Ingredients
- 2cupsall purpose flour,sifted
- 1cupswater
- 2tbspdark sesame oil
- 15scallions
- 1½tspsalt
- peanut oil,for frying
Instructions

Place the flour in a medium bowl and make a well in the center. Add the water and stir until a dough forms.

Cover with plastic wrap and let rest 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to low.

Turn the pancake over and fry until browned on the second side

Transfer to a paper towel–lined baking sheet and keep warm in the oven while frying the remaining pancakes.

To serve, cut each pancake crosswise into quarters.
