How To Make Pear & Chocolate Flapjacks
No breakfast is complete without hot stacks of delicious pancakes! You may not be a morning person now, but with our yummy pancake recipes you certainly will be! Ingredients
- 2 cups of rolled oats
- 1 cup of chopped pears
- 1/2 cup of chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup of honey
- 1/4 cup of butter, melted
- 1/4 cup of brown sugar
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp of ground cinnamon
- A pinch of salt
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.

In a large bowl, combine the oats, chopped pears, chocolate chips, honey, melted butter, brown sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well until combined.

Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish and press it down evenly.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.

Remove from the oven and allow the flapjacks to cool completely before cutting into squares or bars.
