How To Make 4-Ingredient Flourless Banana Pancakes

Here’s another healthy guilt-free breakfast option to add in your favorite list. This banana pancake recipe requires no flour and only 4 ingredients!

Ingredients

  • 1mediumripe banana,the riper the better
  • 2tbspquick oats
  • 1largeegg,beaten
  • 2tbsppecans,chopped

Instructions

  1. Mash bananas with a fork in a medium bowl until smooth. Add egg and oats and mix well.

  2. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-low heat, pour the batter to make 3 pancakes.

  3. Top with pecans, and cook about 3 to 4 minutes. Turn and cook 3 to 4 minutes, until golden.

  4. Top with 1 teaspoon of your favorite syrup or honey if desired.
