How To Make Protein Pancakes
No breakfast is complete without hot stacks of delicious pancakes! You may not be a morning person now, but with our yummy pancake recipes you certainly will be! Ingredients
- 2 cups of oats
- 2 scoops of protein powder
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1 tsp of baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- Cooking spray or butter for greasing
Instructions

In a blender, combine oats, protein powder, banana, eggs, milk, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt. Blend until smooth and well combined.

Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease with cooking spray or butter.

Pour ¼ cup of batter onto the pan for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for another minute or until golden brown.

Repeat with the remaining batter.

Serve the protein pancakes hot with your favorite toppings such as fresh fruits, Greek yogurt, or maple syrup.
