Breakfast bowls are really convenient because all you have to do is literally toss together the ingredients in a bowl, and you’ve got yourself a hearty breakfast. You might have already seen the trendy bowls of quinoa seeds with fruits and nuts around social media. But did you know that you can have savory renditions of this morning meal, too? Serves:

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of muesli
  • 1 cup of diced pineapple
  • 1 cup of diced mango
  • 1 cup of sliced kiwi
  • 1 cup of sliced banana
  • 1 cup of Greek yogurt
  • 4 tablespoons of honey

Instructions

  1. In serving bowls, layer 1/2 cup of muesli at the bottom.

  2. Top the muesli with a quarter of the diced pineapple, mango, kiwi, and banana.

  3. Add a dollop of Greek yogurt on the fruit layer.

  4. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of honey over the yogurt.

  5. Repeat the layers until all the ingredients are used.

  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
