Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 cup chopped dried apricots
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • 1 grapefruit, segmented

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, bring the milk to a simmer over medium heat.

  2. Stir in the rolled oats and cook for 5-7 minutes, until thick and creamy.

  3. Remove from heat and stir in the Greek yogurt and honey until well combined.

  4. Divide the porridge into serving bowls.

  5. Top with chopped dried apricots, grated ginger, and grapefruit segments.

  6. Serve warm and enjoy!
