How To Make Creamy Yogurt Porridge with Apricot, Ginger & Grapefruit Topping

Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/4 cup chopped dried apricots
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 1 grapefruit, segmented
Instructions

In a saucepan, bring the milk to a simmer over medium heat.

Stir in the rolled oats and cook for 5-7 minutes, until thick and creamy.
