  • 2 ripe avocados, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 small red onion, diced
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the diced avocado, red bell pepper, red onion, jalapeño pepper, lime juice, garlic, and cilantro.

  2. Toss to combine all the ingredients well.

  3. Season with salt and pepper, and give it another stir.

  4. Serve with tortilla chips or as a side dish.
