How To Make Red Bell Pepper and Steak Fajitas Recipe

Flavorful and colorful fajitas packed with juicy steak, onions, and red bell peppers.

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. flank or skirt steak, sliced into thin strips
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced into thin strips
  • 1 onion, sliced into thin strips
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp fajita seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 8 tortillas
  • Optional toppings: shredded cheese, avocado, sour cream, cilantro leaves

Instructions

  1. Preheat a large skillet or griddle over high heat.

  2. Add the vegetable oil and sauté the steak for 3-4 minutes until browned.

  3. Add the onions, bell pepper, garlic, fajita seasoning, salt, and black pepper.

  4. Continue to sauté for 5-7 minutes, until the veggies are soft and the steak is cooked to your desired level of doneness.

  5. Serve immediately with tortillas and optional toppings.
