How To Make Red Bell Pepper and Mozzarella Panini Recipe

A delicious and easy-to-make panini with roasted red pepper, melted mozzarella, and a crusty bread.

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 8 slices of crusty bread
  • 2 red bell peppers, roasted and peeled
  • 8 slices of mozzarella cheese
  • 4 tbsp of pesto
  • 4 tbsp of mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Preheat a grill or panini press.

  2. Spread pesto on one side of each slice of bread.

  3. Layer mozzarella cheese on one side of the bread and roasted red peppers on the other.

  4. Spread mayonnaise on the outside of each slice of bread.

  5. Grill the sandwiches until the bread is crispy and the cheese is melted, about 5-7 minutes.

  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
