How To Make Red Bell Pepper and Goat Cheese Tart Recipe

- 1 ready-to-bake pie crust
- 1 red bell pepper, roasted and sliced
- 4 oz goat cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 eggs
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Roll out pie crust and line a 9-inch tart pan.

Arrange sliced red pepper on the bottom of the crust and sprinkle with crumbled goat cheese.

In a bowl, whisk together heavy cream, eggs, salt, and pepper. Pour over the red pepper and goat cheese.
