How To Make Red Bell Pepper and Chicken Stir-Fry Recipe
A healthy and flavorful stir-fry recipe loaded with tender chicken and fresh red bell peppers.

Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- 2 red bell peppers, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, and cornstarch. Set aside.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

Add red bell peppers, garlic, and ginger to the skillet and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.

Pour in soy sauce mixture and stir to coat chicken and peppers evenly. Cook for 1-2 more minutes.
