  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine black beans, sweet corn, red onion, and jalapeno pepper.

  2. Add in lime juice and chopped cilantro.

  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and mix well.

  4. Serve chilled with tortilla chips or as a topping on tacos or salads.
