Ingredients

  • 8 oz smoked salmon, flaked
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the smoked salmon, cream cheese, melted butter, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard. Mix well.

  2. Add the green onions, fresh dill, salt, and pepper to the mixture. Stir until all ingredients are well incorporated.

  3. Divide the mixture into 4 small ramekins or serving bowls. Smooth the tops with a spoon.

  4. Cover each ramekin with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together.

  5. Serve the potted salmon rillette with crackers, toast points, or sliced baguette.
