Ingredients

  • 200g Stilton cheese, crumbled
  • 100g unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 tbsp port wine
  • a pinch of black pepper
  • fresh thyme leaves, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the Stilton cheese and softened butter. Mix well until creamy.

  2. Add the port wine and black pepper to the mixture. Stir until well combined.

  3. Spoon the mixture into individual serving pots or ramekins. Smooth the top with a spoon.

  4. Garnish with fresh thyme leaves.

  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
