Ingredients

  • 1 lb mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium heat.

  2. Add the mushrooms and cook until they start to brown, about 5 minutes.

  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger.

  4. Pour the sauce over the mushrooms and stir to coat.

  5. Cook for another 5 minutes until the mushrooms are tender and the sauce has thickened.

  6. Remove from heat and sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds.

  7. Serve hot as an appetizer or side dish.
