Ingredients

  • 1 can (16 oz) of refried beans
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup of salsa
  • 1/2 cup of sour cream
  • 1/2 cup of diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup of diced green onions
  • 1/4 cup of sliced black olives
  • 1 teaspoon of taco seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a 9-inch baking dish, spread the refried beans as the bottom layer.

  3. Sprinkle half of the shredded cheddar cheese over the beans.

  4. Spread the salsa evenly over the cheese layer.

  5. In a small bowl, mix the sour cream and taco seasoning. Spread this mixture over the salsa layer.

  6. Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheddar cheese over the sour cream layer.

  7. Top with diced tomatoes, green onions, and black olives.

  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  9. Serve hot and enjoy with tortilla chips!
