  • 1 block of feta cheese
  • 1 red chili, sliced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh oregano leaves, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Place the feta cheese in an oven-safe dish.

  3. Scatter the sliced chili and dried oregano over the feta.

  4. Drizzle olive oil over the cheese and chili.

  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the feta is soft and slightly melted.

  6. Garnish with fresh oregano leaves.

  7. Serve hot with crusty bread or crackers.
