  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 red chili, thinly sliced
  • 1 preserved lemon, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Place the feta cheese in a baking dish.

  3. Scatter the frozen peas, sliced chili, and preserved lemon over the feta.

  4. Drizzle olive oil on top and season with salt and pepper.

  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the feta is soft and slightly golden.
